CAN I HAVE AN ITEM SPECIAL ORDERED?
Yes. If you don’t find an item that is usually in store or not available online that you are looking for there may be a wait time though as we manufacture.
In store: You may return your purchase undamaged and in acceptable condition to our store within 7 days for inspection and you will be offered an exchange.
If you don’t have a receipt, we will not be able to exchange your item purchased.
Online: Please send an email to email@example.com with subject; RETURN.
If there is a defect in product or if something is broken on arrival if couriered to you, we will have to first engage the courier company and see where the fault went wrong as our products leave packed and in working condition.
Please make sure you have taken an image of the item/s in question and attach it to the email for us to move forward with the situation.
You will be responsible for the return of the item in question for the refund and we will be happy to exchange the product for you.
Please note it can take up to 14 days for a refund situation to be rectified.

WHY IS NATURAL WOOD COLORS DIFFFERENT?
The natural wood we use is untouched and unvarnished. Meaning we have not coated it with anything else besides a wax or a clear varnish. Therefore you are able to see the natural wood come through. Just as each person has fingerprints that are unique to them, so does the wood pieces.

- Free Shipping for orders over the stated amount within South Africa. T&C’s apply.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
- Once payment reflects the following times will apply:
- Collect in store – Immediately (Stock availability dependent)
- Local courier: Shipping availability dependent and product availability. Some stock is not held in store and a lead time needs to be allocated to collect from our warehouse. (allow a 7-10 working days allocation for local deliveries to main cities)
- International courier: Availability dependent on courier accessibility.
- Free shipping: Above times will apply to local and international shipping.
